Delivery & Returns
This English version is a courtesy translation. If the two versions differ, the Romanian version prevails.

How to order
Add the work to the cart and pay by card, or send the order by WhatsApp or email. You receive the order confirmation by email. The order becomes firm once we confirm it.
Paying by card
You can pay by card (Visa or Mastercard) directly on the site. Payment is made on Banca Transilvania’s secure page (BT iPay), with 3-D Secure authentication; your card details never reach us and are not stored by us.
When you place the order the amount is only held on your card. We charge it when we confirm the order, within 5 days at most. If we cannot fulfil it, we release the hold and you pay nothing.
For a return, or when an order that was already charged is cancelled, the money goes back to the same card; timing depends on your bank.
Works marked “price on request” and deliveries outside Romania are arranged by message, with payment by bank transfer. Prices are in Romanian lei (RON).
Delivery
- Prints on paper: shipped in a PVC tube, anywhere in the world. Shipping is not included in the price.
- Works on canvas: in Romania, free insured delivery within 5–7 working days. Internationally, the cost is calculated when the order is completed, and customs duties may be borne by the buyer.
- Bulky objects: the shipping cost is calculated according to the delivery location, after the order is placed. Personal collection from Iași is available.
Returns
You can return a product within 14 days, in its original packaging. The buyer bears the cost of the return, unless the product is damaged.
Damaged product
If the work arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or a refund, at [email protected] or on +40 745 993 943.
Certificate of authenticity
Works sold come with a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist. Details on the Copyright page.
